FOR MY COMMISSIONED ART WORK

By purchasing my art service, you agree to all the following conditions. 
If you have any questions, please let me know.

Any character that is not owned by you, you will have to deal with the outcome if copyright issues appear after my work is done. I will be assuming that you have the permission to commission me to draw the character that you do not own. 

Any (re)design work that I do or sell as adoptable characters are not to be used for the following. If any is commissioned without my knowledge, I hold no association with the decision of the client: Hate art, underage pornography, incest, diaper fetish, beastiality (Mlp, dragons, fictional creatures/monsters are exempt from beastiality as they are completey 100% fictional entities), watersports/scat, or extreme gore (mild blood is fine).

Under Age: also counts as looks 10yrs, is actually 10,000yrs, and “aging up” but looks the same as canon age

 Payment should be in USD through Paypal.
Payment will be through invoice method.
Do not send any payment before the invoice. 
Payment is due up front, as I will not start working on your commission until I receive payment.
 

Please be sure you can afford to commission me as I do not offer refunds!

 

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my artist labor only. I keep all copyrights over my work, which include the right to distribute, reproduce, or use the image for self-promotion. I cannot claim the Intellectual Property or resell the image for personal/commercial projects.
You agree to temporarily grant me permission to use your Intellectual property and Copyrights for the commission only. I have the right to reject your commission without question. I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches at a later date. I may need to charge more for extremely detailed characters. This could range between $5-20 added onto the original price. The client may upload the work done for them to their page as long as it is credited and linked back to my gallery. Once a commission is finished, you may use it for any personal use that you please. 

The Client may not profit from the artwork beyond the resale of a physical original painting or drawing (traditional media, not digital). This includes the sale of the digital files, rights to the image, or minting NFTs

 YOU ARE NOT TO REPOST THE FULL RESOLUTION IMAGE.

If to do so and I will contact you to take it down.

Only retweet/reblog on sites like Twitter or Tumblr. You may repost the watermarked version, WITH credit, to your DeviantART or FurAffinity accounts. You must have the rights of the character that you wish me to draw. If you do not own the character, you cannot commission me to draw them. You must own the character or have the permissions to said character. It is your responsibility to sort that out, as I continue onto my process assuming its taken care of. You may not claim the work to be your own, edit, or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects. You retain the rights to the Intellectual Property. You may not resell my work. Any reposting, printing, or sharing of the art must be credited to me. If it is not credited, I will file a copy right report, and it will be taken down.

 

 My watermarks should remain on my art at all times with no question.
It is your responsibility to save the full rez image, as I may delete the image at a later date. 

  My process   

Payment > Planning > Sketch > Possible Edits > Line Art > Flat Colors >Background > Shading > Touch Ups > Upload 
 

• I will not work with a due date.

• I will not accept descriptions for references. 

• I will not take NSFW references.

• If you have no reference I will reject any images that are shaded. 

• Unless specified otherwise, I will not send updates automatically.

• You are allowed one minor change to the commission.

• I reserve the right to add a fee over any edits/changes after the first one.

  I will not change my style for your commission. If you don't like my style, or how I do things, please don't commission me.
